There are a number of ways to make your event environmentally friendly. Below are a few ways to begin with;

Don’t overdo the invitation. Many invitations are over the top in the amount of materials they use for it. If it’s possible, do something clever on line by way of an email invitation. This not only saves on the materials the invitation uses, it also saves on the resources & energy used to get the invitation to the invited guests.

Utilize the natural beauty of your venue by accentuating it. This minimises production and creates a more subtle effect than many events that overproduce and end up looking gaudy.

Less is more. Do fewer things properly than a lot of things unbaked. Don’t try and over complicate things. Instead, keep it simple. This not only saves yourself, but as a general rule, minimises your impact on the environment.
