In all your communication with customers; be it bills, or annual reports, etc; look for a way of doing it that causes minimal environmental impact.
Ask your customers, for example, if they would like to receive an emailed document rather than a printed out one that’s being mailed to them. (This saves on both paper and the energy used to transport the mail.)
When the document is emailed through, attach a note asking them to only print out the document if absolutely necessary.
